1. This agreement between M2MN ("The Company") and you ("the Member") covers the terms and conditions for the use of the site www.only-adults.co.uk ("The Site") and is intended as a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Member under English Law.
2. The Member agrees to these terms and conditions through under doing the sign-up process and through using the facilities provided by the Company on the Site.
3. In using the site the member undertakes to behave responsibly and conforms to the Member's Code of Conduct.
4. The Member must ensure that they have the appropriate copyright for any content that they upload on the site. The Company will not be liable for any breach of copyright
5. The Member grants the Company rights to use any content submitted for the site or for promoting the site.
6. The Company will provide the platform for members to post adult advertisements as provided by the site and facilities for members to respond to advertisements posted on the site.
7. Members may may highlight their advertisements through payment of £1 per day. These adverts will be displayed first on all listings. Members may upload a photograph with their highlighted adverts.
8. Members payments will be credited to their account. If there are not sufficient funds to maintain a highlighted advert, the advert will still be listed in the normal listing and no photograph will be shown on the advertisement.
9. The Company will provide a community forum to hold discussion threads to be updated by members. The Company reserves the right to delete any content that, in its opinion, may be offensive or may be detrimental to the community of Members.
10. The Company will not be responsible for any views expressed by a member in posting to the Site's forum.
11. If as a result of any actions through content they publish on the Site by the Member the Company suffers a loss, the Company may seek to reimburse any direct costs from the Member.
12. The Company endeavours to provide the Site's functionality as is through the use of the code and designs accessed through the sites url. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide the functionality as displayed, the Company provides no warranties or guarantees against the use of the site's function. The Member uses the site as is.
13. The Company has no liability for consequential loss or damage incurred by the Member for the use of the site's functionality.

Members Code of Conduct

1. Whilst adult content will be allowed on advertisements, member should not post any content that is illegal or may be construed as defamatory to any groups
2. Any reference to sexual acts with minors or children is not allowed on the site
